Initial 30-minute intro callBehavioural and career exploration assessment (completed online)Two individualized reports using the results from the Birkman Method Assessment are provided, highlighting behaviours, interests and career options. The Career Coaching Signature Report provides data on:9 personality factors exploring usual style, needs and stressInterests broken into 10 weighted categories and focused on work interestsTop career categoriesCareer exploration debrief: 2.0 hours (in-person or virtually via Zoom)Follow-up 1 hour coaching session to discuss direction and next steps
